Watch, HomePod und CarPlay können nicht direkt in Drittanbieter-Apps diktieren — das ist eine Apple-Grenze, keine ILMENO-Entscheidung. Der Universal-Weg geht deshalb über Apple Erinnerungen: „Hey Siri, erinnere mich, den Mietvertrag zu kündigen" — egal von welchem Gerät. ILMENO holt den Eintrag automatisch ab, die KI macht eine echte Aufgabe mit erstem Schritt daraus, und die Original-Erinnerung verschwindet auf Wunsch. Einmal einrichten, nie wieder anfassen. Watch, HomePod and CarPlay can't dictate straight into third-party apps — that's an Apple boundary, not an ILMENO choice. So the universal path runs through Apple Reminders: "Hey Siri, remind me to cancel the lease" — from any device. ILMENO picks the entry up automatically, the AI turns it into a real task with a first step, and the original reminder disappears if you want. Set it up once, never touch it again.
Einstellungen → Importe → Erinnerungen. Zugriff erlauben, dann wählst du, welche Listen ILMENO beobachtet — z. B. nur „Erinnerungen" (die Standard-Liste, in der Siri-Diktate landen). Jede Liste kannst du auf einen Bereich mappen: die Liste „Einkaufen" → Bereich „Privat".Settings → Imports → Reminders. Grant access, then pick which lists ILMENO watches — e.g. just "Reminders" (the default list where Siri dictations land). Each list can map to an area: the "Groceries" list → area "Personal".
Mit Auto-Sync zieht ILMENO neue Erinnerungen bei jedem App-Öffnen selbst herein — kein manueller Import-Tap. „Nach Import löschen" räumt die Original-Erinnerung weg, damit nichts doppelt nervt. Beides optional, beides ein Schalter.With auto-sync, ILMENO pulls new reminders in every time the app opens — no manual import tap. "Delete after import" clears the original reminder so nothing nags twice. Both optional, both a single toggle.

Der Gedanke kommt beim Kochen, nicht am Schreibtisch. Wenn Festhalten „erst Handy holen, App öffnen" bedeutet, ist er weg. Der Erinnerungen-Weg macht Capture ortlos: sagen reicht, das System trägt es heim.The thought arrives while cooking, not at the desk. If capturing means "get the phone, open the app", it's gone. The Reminders path makes capture placeless: saying it is enough, the system carries it home.

watchOS und HomePod lassen Drittanbieter-Diktate nicht durch — eine native Watch-App käme trotzdem nicht an Siri vorbei. Statt es zu verschweigen, nutzt ILMENO den Weg, den Apple offen lässt: Erinnerungen als Briefkasten, Import als Zusteller.watchOS and the HomePod don't let third-party dictation through — even a native Watch app couldn't bypass Siri. Rather than hiding that, ILMENO uses the path Apple leaves open: Reminders as the mailbox, the import as the courier.

Der Reminders-Import hat einen eigenen KI-Schalter. Aus = Einträge kommen 1:1 als Inbox-Tasks. An = nur der Eintragstext geht zur Einordnung raus.
